14-Day Unconditional Return Policy You may request a return without giving any reason within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
Return Conditions (Please Note): Since our products are kitchen utensils that come into direct contact with food, due to hygiene standards, returned products must be unused, unwashed, and free of scratches/stains. Returns of products not sent with their original packaging and all accessories cannot be accepted.
Lifetime Rust-Proof Guarantee Beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal, our products in the ChefMix collection are covered by a lifetime use guarantee against manufacturing defects, rust, and corrosion. (Valid if washed according to usage instructions.)

Our customer service will provide you with our contracted cargo return code.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and if it meets the return standards, a refund instruction will be issued to your bank on the same day.
