What Should I Do If My Shipment Arrives Damaged? Although such a situation is very rare, if there is visible damage to your package, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report." Products damaged during transport will be immediately replaced with new ones, without any additional charge.
